This privacy policy explains the documented ways The Real Survivalists collects and manages information submitted through its email signup and contact options.
Email signup
When an email signup form is displayed, it invites you to “Leave your email for future The Real Survivalists updates.” The form asks for your email address and your agreement to receive email updates from The Real Survivalists.
The signup system stores your email address, a hash used to check for duplicate signups, the signup time, the source page path without its query or fragment, the consent wording accepted, and the collection status. These records are stored in the site’s WordPress database.
The current signup capability collects addresses and consent for future updates. Email delivery, confirmation, and automated unsubscribe functions require separate configuration, so signing up does not establish a sending schedule.
Contact messages
If you contact The Real Survivalists, your message includes the information you choose to provide. This may include your email address or other contact details, the message itself, and any attachments you send. Avoid including sensitive information that is not needed to answer your question.
Record access and removal
Authorized administrators can view, export, and remove email signup records. The site’s WordPress personal-data export and erasure tools also integrate with these newsletter records.
Signup records remain in the database until an administrator removes them or an erasure request is processed. Temporary anti-spam rate records use hashed network identifiers and receive periodic cleanup.
Your choices
To request access to or removal of an email signup record, email contact@therealsurvivalists.com and identify the email address used to sign up. Providing that address helps locate the correct record.

The Real Survivalists may link to other websites. Those sites maintain their own privacy information and practices. Review the privacy policy of a linked site before submitting personal information there.
